Here are my policies, please read all before booking!

FOR NEW CLIENTS ONLY: A $20 nonrefundable booking fee is required for your appointment to be finalized! Send it (using the date as the caption) to my CashApp: $Tosin032 or my Venmo: Tosin-Faleke

The rest of your payment will be expected in cash on the day off your appointment

If you are coming with gel x or gel polish already on your nails, book a soak off with your appointment. I do not soak off acrylic nails. But I do offer foreign soak offs as long as it is simply gel or gel x

When booking a soak off, select a time right before or after your nail appointment and make sure both slots are confirmed

Please communicate with me if you are running late. I am pretty understanding but note that there may be appointments directly after yours so please try to be on time. Coming 15 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee. Any later than that will result in your appointment being cancelled

This is a low scented studio, please refrain from wearing strong perfumes and lotions.

When you get to the door let me know, buzz 311# to get inside. I am on floor 3 at Chance Magic studio.

There is a freight elevator in the building, let me know in advance if you will need to use it.

I do not rush my work so please plan your days accordingly. Sets may take longer or shorter than the times suggested so I am asking for your flexibility.

Cancelling 24hrs or less before the time booked will result in a $10 Cancellation fee. And No shows are $25

If you need to reschedule, send a separate email I do not get emails that are replies to your confirmation!
